Welcome to My Blog!

15 years ago, I got my first job as a Lean Coordinator and I was absolutely hooked on the Lean/CI methodology and culture! It is so powerful! In upcoming blog posts, I will share stories, examples and learnings about the practical application of Lean Six Sigma CI and problem solving.

Thinking back, I always had a head for Lean principles and tools. I just didn't know that they were called that. Many times, in my training classes people will tell me that it really is just common sense, although I think they are afraid they will insult me when they say that. But they are correct! So why is it so hard to adopt a lean culture? In my opinion, it is all about the approach and having leadership support to drive it. But we will talk about all of that in upcoming blogs. I am excited for this journey and the opportunity to share my knowledge and experience with you. Until next time, keep striving for excellence.
