My name is Tamera Lank. I have a background as a lean practitioner, production manager, distribution, and currently am a Supply Chain Lead. I have built my training around a practical teaching of the Six Sigma DMAIC Methodology and the lean tools that are appropriate for each phase. I have a passion for teaching and for the power of DMAIC and Lean. In my training, you will get training with me directly in a virtual environment. You will then complete a project after training is completed and submit to me for review and approval. And I am available to you as you work through your project as well. My Story
15 years ago I got my first taste of Lean and I was hooked! A couple years into, I did some online training and obtained a few certifications in Lean, Kaizen, Master Black Belt and Project Management. A few years after that, I was able to get my Black Belt through an 18-month program of practical learning and doing.
